By accessing or using JustLust ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JustLust is a competitive graffiti simulator game that allows users to:

Create digital graffiti artwork using virtual spray paint tools
Participate in battles and competitions with other users
Vote on community artwork
Progress through story mode and unlock content
Share artwork on the Paintstagram social feed

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of artwork you create on JustLust. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

                Content Guidelines: You agree not to create or upload content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
            

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post racist, discriminatory, hateful, or insulting content
Harass, threaten, or disrespect other users
Share offensive, illegal, or harmful content
Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or circumvent game rules
Impersonate other users or create fake accounts
Use automated tools or bots
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, graphics, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by JustLust and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

7. Virtual Items and XP

The Service may include virtual items, XP, and other in-game rewards. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

Posting prohibited content
Harassing other users
Cheating or exploiting the game
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustLust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
